Tech Mahindra announced on October 23, 2026, that it had completed its acquisition of Finastra’s Cash Management product suite. The deal brings Fusion Cash Management, Fusion Virtual Accounts and Fusion Liquidity Management into Tech Mahindra’s banking, financial services and insurance portfolio. It also transfers intellectual property associated with CashPlus, Global CashPlus, transaction reporting, cash-flow forecasting and treasury APIs. Neither company disclosed the financial terms. The purchase changes Tech Mahindra’s position in corporate banking technology from an implementation and services partner to an owner of software intellectual property. The companies already had a relationship: Tech Mahindra agreed in August 2024 to become Finastra’s exclusive global implementation partner for the Cash Management platform and operates a dedicated Finastra Centre of Excellence. Finastra product engineering and customer success personnel are transitioning to Tech Mahindra to support existing clients.
